FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
1. What kind of invitations do you carry?
We carry some of the most elegant and unique invitations in the Philippines from pure cotton cards, to ecru panels with vellum overlay, with bows, with lined envelopes, etc. All our supplies come from the U.S. and from other international suppliers that are stalwarts in the invitations business worldwide. We are authorized dealers of Crane's (the stationers of the US White House), Regency (high quality but inexpensive), Encore Studios (elegant and unique), Koza (Exclusive European Designs), and other major international invitations companies.
2. Can I see some samples of your invitations?
Absolutely. We have hundreds of samples to choose from. Our comprehensive hardbound albums that our suppliers provided us with will give you the chance to actually see and feel the invitation cards before you make your all-important decision about which design best suits your specifications. Our online store can also provide you with pictures and prices although we believe that nothing beats actually seeing the invitation card itself since you can see whether the size, thickness of paper, color combination, etc. are what you really like.
3. How fast can you do my invitations?
We offer the fastest turn around time in the industry. We can deliver your invitation requirements within 15 working days upon your approval of proof. As a commitment to you, our valued clients, we will constantly improve our processes to further minimize this lead time in the future.
4. Can we order blanks?
Definitely. We offer blanks to couples who would like to assemble or mix and match their own invitation or would like to do the printing themselves.
5. Can we order blanks and have you do the printing?
Local thermography ("embossed printing") is available if you order the blanks from us. This option is very popular among cost conscious couples who would like to have elegant US-made invitations while saving about 10 to 20 % compared with having them printed in the US.
6. It is not customary in the U.S. to include the entourage in the printing of the invitation set. Can we have you print this for us?
We can print your entourage in what is locally know as the "insert." Font types are not a problem and local thermography can closely approximate colors printed in the US. We can show you some samples of inserts that we have done for our other clients for you to see the quality of local printing.
7. I have friends/relatives in the States, can I save money by having them bring the invitations home to the Philippines?
We offer drop shipment as an alternative. We pioneered in this kind of service where we have your orders delivered to an address in the US (relatives'/friends') so that shipping charges to the Philippines are not included in your order's cost computation. We have made arrangements with our suppliers such that we will be able to monitor your order's shipment from our supplier's offices to your contact's address. We will advise you of the delivery's acceptance ASAP.
8. What if there are mistakes?
Whether printed in the US or locally thermographed, mistakes that are our supplier's fault or our own will be replaced in the soonest possible time at no extra charge to you.
9. What other items to do you carry?
The most popular accessory to wedding invitations are the personalized Thank You Cards, missalettes, and envelope seals. We carry these highly in-demand items together with reception cards, napkins, wedding goblets, cake toppers, etc. Just in case you need extra envelopes, we have them, too!
10. What are the price ranges of your products?
This will depend on your chosen card's design and where you want it shipped (US or Manila).
The most economical is when you have your invitation order delivered
to a friend or relative in the US ("drop shipped") because this
will save you the shipment cost to the Philippines. Most of our clients comment that our prices are better than those that are locally found
considering their quality, uniqueness, and elegant designs. (Click

11. Do you deal directly with the US suppliers?
Yes, we do. You can be assured that we deal straight with the suppliers and do not go through middlemen who could delay the order process or add on unnecessary costs. In our most recent visit to the U.S., we once again forged our alliance with them and discussed order process improvements as well as new industry trends to be of better service to our Philippine customers.
